1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Spyca ("we", "us", "our"), a Solana-native social commentary platform accessible at spyca.fun. By connecting your wallet or accessing any part of Spyca you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Spyca.

Spyca is operated by an individual based in the Netherlands.

2. What Spyca is

Spyca is a social platform. It allows users to search Solana wallet addresses, leave public comments on wallet profiles, post market calls on Solana tokens, and interact with a community of other wallet holders.

Spyca is not a financial service. Spyca is not a trading platform. Spyca is not an investment advisor. Nothing on Spyca constitutes financial advice of any kind. See section 7 for our full financial disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

Spyca is open to all users. By using Spyca you confirm that your use of the platform complies with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Spyca is lawful where you are located.

4. Wallet based identity

Spyca uses Solana wallet addresses as the primary form of identity on the platform. By connecting your wallet you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of that wallet address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. Spyca never has access to your private keys at any point.

Any action taken on Spyca using your connected wallet, posting comments, submitting market calls, uploading a profile picture, adding a display name or X handle, is your sole responsibility. Wallet signatures are used to verify ownership and all actions taken with a valid wallet signature are treated as authorised by you.

5. User generated content

5.1 Your responsibility. All content you post on Spyca, including comments, market calls, display names, profile pictures, and X handles, is your sole responsibility. You retain ownership of content you create but by posting it on Spyca you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display, store, and distribute that content as part of the platform.

5.2 What is permitted. Spyca believes in free expression. Open discussion, criticism, strong opinions, and robust community commentary are welcome on the platform. You are free to express yourself genuinely.

5.3 What is prohibited. The following content is strictly prohibited on Spyca and may be removed at our discretion:

• False accusations, deliberately posting false statements of fact about a wallet address with the intent to deceive or damage reputation. Opinion and genuine community commentary are permitted. Fabricated claims presented as fact are not
• Harassment, content whose sole purpose is to target, intimidate, or persistently harass a specific individual or wallet
• Illegal content, any content that violates applicable law including but not limited to content that is defamatory under applicable law, incites violence, or facilitates illegal activity
• Spam, repetitive, automated, or meaningless content posted with the intent to manipulate the platform, inflate call records, or disrupt the community
• Impersonation, claiming to be a wallet, person, or entity you are not with the intent to deceive
• Malicious content, content designed to harm other users including phishing links, malware, or fraudulent contract addresses

5.4 What we do not moderate. Spyca does not moderate opinion, criticism, strong language, or community debate. These Terms are not intended to sanitise discussion or create a sterile environment. The line is drawn at content that is false as fact, targeted as harassment, or illegal, not at content that is simply uncomfortable or critical.

5.5 Flagging and moderation. Users may flag content that they believe violates these Terms. Flagged content that reaches a community threshold is temporarily hidden pending review. We reserve the right to remove content, display names, profile pictures, and market calls that we determine in our sole discretion to violate these Terms. We are not obligated to remove any content and we are not obligated to explain removal decisions.

Wallet address profiles themselves will not be removed from Spyca. A wallet address is a matter of public record on the Solana blockchain and its existence on Spyca is not subject to removal requests.

6. Market Calls

6.1 Nature of market calls. Market calls posted on Spyca are user generated content and personal expressions of opinion only. A market call is a public statement by a wallet holder about a Solana token. It is not a recommendation, signal, tip, or advice of any kind.

6.2 Track record data. Spyca displays peak multiplier data associated with market calls using price data sourced from the DexScreener public API. This data is provided for informational and community purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price or marketcap data displayed on Spyca. Data may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable at any time.

6.3 Permanence of calls. Market calls are permanent public record by design. Once posted a market call cannot be deleted. By posting a market call you acknowledge and accept that it will remain publicly visible on Spyca indefinitely. Market calls that violate section 5.3 may be hidden or removed at our discretion but this is not guaranteed.

6.4 Manipulation prohibited. Posting market calls with the intent to manipulate token prices, deceive other users, or artificially inflate your track record is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to posting calls on tokens you control, coordinating calls with others to create false signals, or any other behaviour intended to deceive the community.

7. Financial disclaimer

Spyca is not a financial service and nothing on Spyca is financial advice.

Market calls, comments, community discussions, leaderboard rankings, track records, peak multiplier data, and all other content on Spyca are provided for social and informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any token, asset, or financial instrument.

Cryptocurrency and token trading carries significant risk including the risk of total loss of capital. You should never make any financial or trading decision based solely or partly on content seen on Spyca. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and outcomes.

We expressly disclaim all liability for any financial loss, trading loss, or any other loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of Spyca or any content displayed on Spyca.

8. Intellectual property

The Spyca name, logo, and brand identity are our property. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

User generated content remains the property of its creator subject to the licence granted in section 5.1.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

9.1 Platform provided as is.Spyca is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

9.2 No liability for user content. We are not responsible for any content posted by users on Spyca. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any comments, market calls, display names, profile pictures, or other user generated content on the platform.

9.3 No liability for third party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third party services used by Spyca including Supabase, Vercel, and DexScreener.

9.4 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spyca and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Spyca, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Spyca shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spyca and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising out of or in connection with your use of Spyca, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

11. Termination and suspension

We reserve the right to restrict your ability to post content on Spyca at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. This includes the ability to hide or remove comments, market calls, display names, and profile pictures.

Wallet address profiles will not be removed from Spyca as described in section 5.5.

You may stop using Spyca at any time.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance. You are encouraged to contact us at solacecryptocurrency@gmail.com before pursuing any formal action.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this document. Your continued use of Spyca after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
