2. How Spyca uses cookies

Spyca does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any other non-essential cookies.

We do not track you across websites. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not use Google Analytics or any third party analytics service.

The only cookies present on Spyca are strictly necessary technical cookies set automatically by our infrastructure providers, Vercel, who host the Spyca frontend, and Supabase, who provide our database and storage. These cookies are required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled without preventing Spyca from working correctly.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

The following types of strictly necessary cookies may be present on Spyca:

Vercel. Vercel may set cookies to ensure correct routing, performance, and delivery of the platform. These cookies do not track you personally and are not used for any marketing or analytics purpose.

Supabase. Supabase may set cookies to maintain your authenticated session when you connect your wallet. Without these cookies the platform cannot remember that you are connected between page loads.

Neither of these cookies is used to track your behaviour, build a profile of you, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. What we do not use

To be explicit, Spyca does not use:

  • Google Analytics or any analytics cookies
  • Facebook Pixel or any social media tracking cookies
  • Advertising or retargeting cookies
  • Performance monitoring cookies beyond what Vercel sets as part of standard infrastructure operation
  • Any third party marketing or tracking scripts

5. Your choices

Because Spyca only uses strictly necessary cookies, there is no cookie consent banner on the platform. Under GDPR a consent banner is only required for non-essential cookies. Since we do not use any non-essential cookies we are not required to ask for your consent.

If you wish to block or delete cookies entirely you can do so through your browser settings. Please be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent Spyca from functioning correctly, including your ability to connect your wallet and maintain your session.

We may update this cookie policy if we introduce new services or change how the platform operates. Any changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this document.
